BEWITCHING. Cassandra ..the good "nature"d witch from the north.. the third and certainly not the last in a collection of OOAK unNatural dolls from the dArK cobwebbed filled hemisphere of my brain..
Cassandra Morgan- is a practicing witch, from the beautifully historic city of Salem, Massachusetts. Her ancestors were originally from England but sailed over with other folk many years ago.... Cassy measures 13 1/2 inches tall, from her pointy hat to her dainty little feet. She is dressed in her favorite color black, with a touch of blue (underskirt). Her head is adorned with her "Friday" hat. It's special to her as the purple ribbon accent was given to her by her mother over 400 years ago! Amazing how it still looks as good as the day she received it. Her body/frock/cape/hat are constructed of moss, wood, paper, bits of wire, cotton materials, ribbon, other misc. fibers, sticky stuff. Her trusty mode of transportation-her favorite broom, is constructed of a sturdy branch from an unknown (secret) tree, raffia, twine and some bells. Also accompanying her will be - Pyewakit, her familiar feline! (Please note Pye is camera shy and would only pose for one photo). Pye is constructed of paper, stuffing, sticky stuff and a purple bow. PS please note Cassy creates spells with only good intent, not evil. She is a child of nature and therefore will hurt no one, or no thing.[Sold On: DATE HERE] |

Lily Rose Dussard - (or as everyone refers to her, Nana Lily) a Voodoo Priestess, from New Orleans. Her ancestors were originally from France and then found themselves in Haiti....
Nana Lily measures 11 1/4 inches tall. Her body/frock are constructed of moss, wood, paper, bits of wire, cotton materials, a peacock feather, other misc. fibers, sticky stuff and a skull bell necklace (she says that long ago someone gave it to her on all Hallows eve and she vowed never to remove it). She is dressed in a yellow blouse, a burgundy colored outerskirt and a lovely forest green underskirt. Her head is adorned with her favorite "colorful rag," as she calls it!! Also, she holds one of her lavender Gris-Gris bags. She will be accompanied by one of her "babies." This darling little voodoo chile (LOVE ya JIMI) measures 5 1/4 inches and comes complete with his own pin.
